Dukes, Inc. prides itself on its state-of- the-art in-house testing and qualification capabilities. Variables such as vibration, temperature, pressure and altitude can all be simulated in our test facilities. Developmental and qualification testing can be performed under the most severe operating environments. This includes MIL-STD-810, RTCA/DO-160 and HALT. The pneumatic laboratory can provide temperatures exceeding 1250°F while supplying pressures up to 600 PSIG and continuous flows of up to 100 Lbs/Minute. This is made possible through a wide variety of equipment such as multiple rotary and piston compressors, gas/electric air heaters and computerized control/monitoring equipment. Dukes, Inc.'s vibration lab can handle tests up to 30G's, including shock testing.

Before any new part is released to the market for normal operations, an extensive series of qualification tests are performed to ensure that the product meets the design parameters for the intended environment. This also includes Iron Bird Testing which fully simulates the entire aircraft system in the laboratory.
