After lots of great work by our employees, consultants and TUV over the last 18 months, the Dukes operation in Northridge achieved ISO:9001 (2000) and AS9100 (Rev B) certification as of August 14, 2008.  This important achievement demonstrates Dukes’ commitment to maintaining up-to-date systems to support our business and our customers.

Externally, Dukes has over 100 aerospace customers all around the world.  Our new quality system will allow us to more easily track their specific requirements customer-by-customer and program-by-program, while allowing us to meet their needs more consistently over time.

For customers and suppliers, ISO/AS will help us improve the way we conduct business and make our business processes more consistent.  We have crafted our ISO/AS system to be robust enough to have a positive impact on our business, while also being open enough to allow for flexibility and innovation to meet changing  needs of the business.
